A Mass Shooting Outside Amazura Nightclub in Queens, NewYork, left at least 10 people injured on Wednesday night. The shooting occurred around 11:20 pm near the entrance of the club, which had been hosting a private event. While none of the victims were in critical condition, they were transported to local hospitals, including Long Island Jewish Hospital and Cohen’s Children’s Medical Center. The incident took place while a crowd of around 80 people was waiting to enter the venue.

Amazura, a popular nightclub in Queens, is known for its live performances and DJ events. The shooting occurred after a party was held in honor of a gang member who passed away last year. Social media posts showed a significant presence of police and emergency vehicles at the scene, as law enforcement worked to secure the area.

This shooting in Queens comes amid heightened concerns over public safety, particularly after the deadly attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day. In that incident, at least 15 people were killed when a US Army veteran drove his pickup truck into a crowd while carrying an ISIS flag. Officials are investigating any potential links between the attacks in New Orleans and the explosion of a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, as both incidents involved vehicles rented through the car-sharing platform Turo.

The authorities have not confirmed any motives or connections but continue investigating whether these incidents are related. As the investigation unfolds, residents are left shaken by the violence that has rocked their communities.
